The Communications Facility (CF) was implemented in 2008, following an evaluation of civil society’s participation in the PCB, to serve as a communications and consultation facility to promote greater outreach and accountability within the Delegation and wider civil society. The CF has been hosted by the World AIDS Campaign (WAC) since its inception in 2008.

Functions of the CF

The CF holds the following functions to the Delegation:

• Meet the major administrative and logistic needs of the Delegation.
• Address Delegation members’ and stakeholders’ communication needs.
• Achieve effective Delegation stakeholder outreach and management.
